Custom OLED display module

OLED can be very thin and light, which can leads to flexibility or being moldable. There are two forms of OLEDs; these are base on small molecules which are passive and active matrix. PM OLED display function and configuration are well-suited for text and icon displays in dashboard and audio equipment.
OLED display stack up several thin layers of materials. They operate on the attraction between positively and negatively charged particles. When we apply any form of voltage, one layer becomes negatively charged relative to another transparent layer. The benefit of OLED technology offers completely new lighting possibilities which were previously unthinkable in the early 1920s. Offer great color quality and emit their full light power immediately after being switched on, without any warm-up phase. OLED panels are continuously dimmable and are suited for any type of ambient lighting. OLEDS are consider as cold lighting sources and do not become hot which implies that they can be use on wood. OLED’s are energy efficient and environment compatible; they are 100% mercury free and there light produces neither UV nor IR radiation.
